For the Spare Parts & Supplies (SP&S) department at our Wind Service location in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for a Planning Manager. The Spare Parts & Supplies department is responsible for the development and execution of a best in class global supply chain service within procurement, demand and inventory planning, repair, logistics and transportation.
What are we looking for and what will be your responsibilities?
You will be leading teams in Denmark and Spain covering the following processes and tools for Global Service spare parts:
In this position a certain amount of travelling must be expected, both inside and outside Danish borders.

The Spare Parts & Supplies department is responsible for the development and execution of a best in class global supply chain service within procurement, demand and inventory planning, repair, logistics and transportation.
What are we looking for and what will be your responsibilities?
You will be leading teams in Denmark and Spain covering the following processes and tools for Global Service spare parts:
- Sales & Operations Planning process aligning the demand plan with the financial targets to build a supply plan
- Regional S&OP and S&OE coordination
- Global S&OP Execution
- Material Planning
- Planning tools (Definition, regional governance and use for global warehouses)
- Syncron (RBP & Spiridon) global implementation and governance for a tool used in forecasting, MRP parameter calculation & analysis
- SAP APO (RBP) Integration of the Syncron data to SAP for the MRP execution
- SAP BW (GEP) Global implementation and governance for set of tools for materials planning and inventory analysis
- Excel / Power BI / SharePoint global implementation and governance for a set of tools for materials planning, inventory analysis and information sharing across regional SP&S organizations
- S/4 Hana, MRP, APO, IBP- Global implementation and governance for future tools for Service spare parts planning
- MRP classification (monitoring) ABC/HIJ
- Planning tools (Definition, regional governance and use for global warehouses)
- Global planning process integration - Design and implement the key planning processes across the Service regions and in the global warehouses
- Lead the community of planning process experts and implement global best practices
In this position a certain amount of travelling must be expected, both inside and outside Danish borders.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You have a relevant master’s degree combined with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably from a spare parts related business
- You have excellent knowledge of SAP planning processes and other Microsoft Office tools.
- You have strong communication skills and capabilities in building a global cross-functional knowledge network
- You have experience leading multicultural teams
- You are analytical with a desire to understand the reality behind the numbers and turn these into measurable results
- You can manage complex planning scenarios and datasets
- As a person you are open-minded, proactive and structured and you take ownership of your responsibilities
- You are self-motivated, a dedicated team player and have a strong drive to achieve your targets.
- You are expected to possess excellent English skills - both orally and in writing
