For the Service Global Spare Part and Supplies department in Brande (DK), we are looking for Global Supply Chain Specialists to further develop our Supply Chain across five regions, within the areas of source, deliver and return. As a Global Process Specialist, you will own full transparency on business processes within your area and be responsible for its further optimization and improvement.

How to contribute to our vision

You will establish a Global Process Governance function across the regions for your area and lead the local Process Specialists in your process team to achieve global standards of working. You will get full insight in the process area and its supporting elements (system, KPIs, documentation etc.) and control the process performance, including optimizing and improvement of process performance for lead time, quality and cost. You will do documentation of the process and conduct training of stakeholders (local Process Specialists/key users). Besides you will perform project management related to the above.

This position will involve up to 10 % travel activity.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

You have a master degree within Supply Chain Management or Logistics and have via your working experience gained a deep knowledge in design, control and improvement of source, deliver or return processes and the IT tools (SAP) that support them. Perhaps you already hold a Six Sigma Green belt or alternatively you are interested in being certified. You have the ability to lead projects, and when needed contribute as a team player in cross functional projects at all levels in a large an multicultural organization. You use your analytic skills and fact-based approach to gain deep insights and your persistent way of working brings projects to their successful completion. Your oral and written English skills are excellent.
