We are currently looking for a nearly 12-month’s maternity cover, who temporarily will be taking over the role of Order Handling Coordinator in Esbjerg, Denmark.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for the day-to-day handling of orders within the area of Tools, Spare Parts & Warehouse Operations. It will be your responsibility to coordinate the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) on a daily basis, and hereby work order creation and handling. This includes, among other things, the creation of transfer orders, the adjustment and follow-up on delivery dates, transport booking including documentation, document scanning and control, purchasing of site specific items and service, and handling proforma invoices.
You will also be responsible for:
Supporting sites/projects in order handling Updating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) AX movements Participating in Stock-taking and warehousing The daily safety The canteen agreement and housekeeping Participating actively in Positive Work Environment Providing admin help for Managers of the Operation Warehouses
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…is educated within the fields of Office or Logistics, and must be a super user of ERP. In addition, you must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills and have significant awareness of safety. As a person, you must be highly structured and proactive, while being a team player is essential to succeed in this position. In addition, you must be reliable and helpful of nature.

Possess an ADR/IMDG certificate Speak and write English fluently Are flexible and optimistic as a person
