Georg Jensen A/S is looking for a service-minded and structured Supply Chain Planner to work at our beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. You will be a part of the Global Supply Chain team with focus on structure, entrepreneurship and with rich opportunity for professional development.
The role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for all purchasing and planning for your specific product category. The role entails many different planning activities; thus, it is important that you are self-driven and can manage own tasks. To become a success, a strong analytical-/creative problem solver mindset and confidence in presenting new ideas to different business stakeholders is needed.
The potential for the role is great, and you will work with full attention and back up from the Supply Chain management team.

Your profile
Robust and curious to take on complex challenges. You have a high energy level with a can-do attitude and are result oriented. The candidate has 4+ years of solid experience working within Supply Planning. It will be an advantage if you have a bachelor’s degree in SCM, Engineering, Economics, International Business or similar.

Your key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain purchase orders and/or works orders, based on both demand forecasts, customer orders, stock levels, MOQs, and other planning parameters
- Operations Planning – plan what is produced and when it is delivered, in conjunction with forecasted demands from the sales organization
- Identify supply gaps and review stock targets
- Responsible for supply order schedule by balancing service level, delivery time, cost, and sustainability
- Ensure new Product Development launched as per “launch-schedule”
- Identify and implement best practices in the Supply Chain Planning operations
- Create and maintain your master data on raw materials, packaging, finished goods, bills of material, cost pricing (incl. MOQ, safety stock, lead times, NPD/discontinued etc.)
Your profile

The ideal candidate has the following competences
- You are structured and service minded
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics AXAPTA (Planning/Purchasing)
- You have analytical mindset and practical experience working with data
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and E2E logistics
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills
- High attention to detail and sense of ownership gives you the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Business proficiency in English, both spoken and written – Danish proficiency is an advantage
