The main responsibilities in this role consist of the following:
Desired Skills, Education and Experience
To be a candidate for this position, we believe you have a Bachelor or Master degree from a relevant field together with a minimum of 5 years work experience in logistics. You have working experience from SAP (S4/HANA would be an advantage) and are proficient in either of teh Scandinavian languages. German is considered an advantage.
Personal characteristics we look for are: strategic/ commercial mindset, team leader, action oriented, self -determined with the ability to challenge and question topics

Nordics Logistics Manager
The main responsibilities in this role consist of the following:
- Organizes and controls the logistics activities for the business on a Nordics level with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible logistics services (flow of material, value, information)
- Heads a team of logistics professionals in three Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway and Sweden) responsible for logistics activities in the whole Nordics and Baltics region.
- Acts as personal advisor to Senior Management in all Logistics related issues.
- Ensures efficiency of Logistics operations and continuously works on optimizing the logistics processes.
- Takes decision on Logistics unit organization, unit related budgets and decides resource allocation.
- Evaluates the team structure and the need for resources.
- Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction by defining efficient and successful logistics processes and timely handling of customer complaints if any.
- Responsible for all Logistics related KPIs
- Ensures day one readiness and smooth transition of logistics processes for all new Nordics legal entities (Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland).
- Main point of contact for the IT departments and oversees the progress of IT tools to ensure continuity of all logistics processes during the carve out phase.
- Supports in day to day logistics operations as required
