Would you like to be our SAP Business Analysts? If your expertise covers handling of Production, Quality or Warehouse Management in a GxP regulated production environment then join a team of highly qualified colleagues with a passion to bring better treatments to the people who need them.
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM, WM & SD professional, who has the talent and experience to support build an optimal SAP Logistic solution, meeting the business and legal requirements.
About the department
You will be part of the Local IT Compliance and System Management unit consisting of 13 highly skilled System Managers, Compliance and GMP Coordinators, Architects and SME’s with daily collaboration with end-users, colleagues and stakeholders across the site as well as with vendors. We work in a unit with the aim to secure high quality and compliance of the Sites critical IT systems and infrastructure settings.
Our main focus is on IT governance, security, System Life Cycle, minor projects and our license to operate. The department is characterised by strong collaboration and good team spirit, and functions as anchor point for IT-functions and projects across DFP Site Hillerød.
The Position
As SAP Business Analyst you will play a key role towards our SAP installation that integrates with local Manufacturing Execution Systems. You will become one of our subject matter experts of SAP, and your job is to support, develop and maintain our local SAP instance.
You will be part of a local IT Team, maintaining and supporting our local IT Systems but also being our local SME for the corporate maintained SAP-system. You shall expect to be assigned to local projects. In each project you will cooperate with the End Users regarding aspects such as gap analysis, designing business processes, configuration, documentation and validation of processes. It will also be your responsibility to prepare training material and train the End users. In all your work, you will align the solutions and facilitate sharing of best practice, knowledge and visions across our facility.
We are a highly automated factory and need someone who is motivated by building relations and working across departments in order to achieve the best sustainable solution for our facility.
Qualifications
The person we are looking for has min. 3-5 years of experience from working with SAP MM, WM & SD or other SAP modules. You enjoy supporting the use of SAP and working in projects.
You are prepared to work with tight deadlines while maintaining a good sense of humour. You have a positive attitude and solve tasks in a structured and well documented way.
Preferably, you have experience from supply chain management solutions. You are required to have good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English.
