Key Responsibilities
As Logistics Coordinator in the Logistics department, you will take on a central role and ensure bulk supply of lubricants to all the affiliates of Total Nordic in a safe, reliable and cost-efficient way. You will have the possibility to continuously develop your competencies whilst enabling accuracy of internal control and cost management across the logistics operations. You will have a close working relationship with Group Operations in Europe and third party logistics suppliers and you will use your knowledge and experience when working with multiple cultures, currencies and market practices.
Overall, you have the responsibility of the performance and management of the bulk lubricants for Total Nordic.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Supply and Stock management
- Participate and Support planning of supply
- In liaison with product committee, define optimal stock levels
- Ensure stock availability at all times – liaise with vendors for availability
- Execute stock reconciliation to ensure correct stock levels in SAP
- Monitor EDI set-up to ensure correct bookings in SAP
- Transportation optimization
- Contract manager for hauliers, including audits
- Provide ad hoc quotations and input for tenders
- Define milk route schedule in liaison with Bulk transporter and Customer Service
- Coordinate transportation
- Follow up on ship deliveries ensuring back-to-back agreements
- Follow up on operations and flows in SAP
- Invoicing month end closing activities, responsible for costs and reconciliation
- Compile, Analysis and comments on KPI’s
