Manufacturing and Global Procurement Blades BLEC Logisitic
The logistic department at the Blades Launch and Execution Center (BLEC) in Lem, is supporting the entire operation on site including product development of blades and any other activity performed.
We are looking for a maternity leave support within the department to support the daily execution of the logistic operation.
Among others the tasks include follow up on daily management meetings, secure sourcing of the relevant items and services needed for the operation, coordinating external visits by external service providers and ensure ad hoc logistic requests from operation is handled timely.
You will be part of an innovative team consisting of another highly dedicated 6 logistic team members.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all logistic enquiries are captured on daily management meetings and supported accordingly
- Sourcing of relevant materials and services
- Maintaining purchase master data to secure stock level is matching production plans
- Contacting and coordinating with external service providers
- Participate in daily production planning (long term planning not in scope)
Qualifications
- All education within logistics relevant but not limiting
- Experience within SAP preferred
- English in vocal and written
- Familiar with the Office IT package
- Experience in a relevant position would be a big plus
Competencies
- Team-oriented person and detail-oriented mind willing to engage with many different people at different organizational levels, to ensure tasks are solved and operation ensured
- Accountable mindset and simple approach to the broad range of logistic tasks you will face
- Planning, sourcing and organisation skills
