Do you have experience with logistics control in a manufacturing environment, and are your ready to use this knowledge to optimise our logistics processes?
We are looking for a Logistics Call-off to join our blade factory in Nakskov (DK). The position is a maternity cover lasting from February 2020 (preferably sooner) until approx. March 2021.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be responsible for logistics processes at our blade factory in Nakskov. This will include sourcing and ordering activities, as well as scheduling to make sure that materials are ready as required to meet the production plan. Your tasks will be various and include:
Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers Analyse MRP in relation to requirements of the commodity Be aware of non-conforming materials and implement corrective actions Minimise inventory values and always secure and optimise the inventory/supply chain Evaluate material usage and initiate BoM changes and process improvements as needed Assist with ongoing projects such as Kanban set-up, uncontrolled floor stock and back flushing Booking of transport in a cost-efficient way and secure our material flow
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has at least three years of experience with logistics control in a manufacturing environment. You have good coordination and planning skills, and you have good understanding of safety and quality processes and reporting. As a person, you are a team player who thrives working in line- and matrix-organisations.
We expect that you:
Hold a relevant degree or have practical experience within purchasing or supply chain Have Six Sigma experience or knowledge (minimum green belt) Have good IT skills, especially Excel Are a string communication, both in Danish and English Pay attention to detail
