Job Description
Danfoss Heat Exchangers is looking for Supply Chain Expert, who will become part of our global supply chain team and cooperate closely with members of our entire supply chain organization. You will create value propositions to supply chain improvements, identify, develop standard methodology, and help business to implement external and internal supply chain best practices. Furthermore, you will participate in and lead projects which relates to forecasting, supply planning, production planning, and inventory planning. Other main responsibilities will be:
Working effectively with dedicated, highly skilled and passionate people across multiple functions and locations is key to success in this role. As a person, you are a self-starter and problem solver, result- and detail oriented and you have a passion for supply chain and customer cooperation. You are analytical, persistent, patient and you have a continuous improvement mindset.
You will report to the Senior Director Supply Chain Management and work location is Kolding and you can expect extensive international travel in this position.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you by minimum need to a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain) combined with at least 3 years of experience with complex supply/production planning, as well as:

- Research, develop and implement new methodologies and techniques that enable superior business performance. Work structured with reducing lead-time and reaching targets for delivery service and net working capital.
- Secure that master data are maintained and updated on time.
- Provide support to use of company supply chain tools.
- Act as a trainer and coach to ensure organizational development.
- Perform necessary analysis.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2009/2012.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse group of stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken, written).
