GreenPeas is looking for a proactive and reflective sales trainee to be educated as an international FMCG trader in the Danish horticulture business with international production and sales.
GreenPeas is Europe's largest producer of fresh green peas used as a snack, in salads, and in hot meals. Peas are full of proteins and are grown sustainably without the utilization of nitrogen fertilizers, which have led to high and growing demand.
Production takes place mainly in Denmark, Portugal, Morocco, and Germany. The peas are sold in the Danish and European wholesale and retail markets.
We are looking for a colleague with a high personal drive who can be trained in market development and international sales in a sometimes-hectic everyday life.
The training will be adapted to your current competencies and will include the following:
- International market development
- Sales and marketing
- Customer relationship building and structuring
- Product development
- International logistics
- Production Knowledge
You don't necessarily need experience in the field, but to be successful you must possess some basic skills and ambitions, including:
- Be sharp analytically and with commercial flair and nose for business
- Have a strong will to pursue your goals
- Be linguistically proficient in English and Danish and possibly other European main languages
- Be well-formulated in both writing and speech
- Have a positive and accepting view of life and humanity.
You will be part of an international team of young, ambitious employees who are all trying to make a difference in a visionary perspective.
At the same time, you are offered permanent employment after the end of the training period in a challenging career course, having the opportunity to grow with the task and develop your personal and professional skills.
The remuneration during the training period will reflect your basic skills as well as their development.
