We generate economic value through innovation and our ability to meet and anticipate our customers’ expectations.Our goal is to deliver long-term social, environmental and economic value for our stakeholders continuously guided by our purpose: Material Solutions Advancing Life.Location: Rønne, DenmarkAbout the role: Within the area the Operations Services Officer/Admin executes the domestics logistics activities in his/her field together with other disciplines (transport call off, documentation, weighbridge), inbound and outbound for danish sites and occasional support in Sweden within the agreements as made by the Supply Chain and the related planning of Sales- and production departments. All to be executed according to the processes as set by SAP. The role will also work closely with the Health and Safety Business Partner and be the administrative contact for HR functions such as reporting and timekeeping.

Main responsibilities and duties

  • Co-ordination of the agreements made by supply chain with logistical providers, agents and customers abroad and domestically.
  • Correct registration and processing of orders using SAP
  • Laboratory work.
  • Correct verification of the logistical costs made.
  • Using SAP and methods from HSE and site manager/production supervisor.

  • Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge
