We are busy and need assistance with coordination of sales, internal sales and execution of orders.
Wind Cluster is a network-oriented company with offices, agents and partners selling for the global wind power industry from offices e.g. in Denmark, India, USA, China, Korea and Japan.
We are creating synergy in our network between: Clients, principals, and suppliers.
We act on terms as agent, as distributor, as system integrator, supply chain provider of spares, wind power consultant or whatever our global clients may request to run their wind business.
Despite the global footprint, Wind Cluster is a small company, and we have versatile tasks.
You will daily have contact with many clients and partners throughout the global wind power industry, but initially you will only share office with the founder and director at office in Silkeborg / Denmark. Therefore, you should also feel comfortable sometimes working alone at the office or from home workplace.

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Order handling from quotation and order to invoice
- Owner of master data, part numbers, clients and suppliers in e-conomic
- Communicate with suppliers and issue purchase orders
- Shipping, coordinate transportation of goods where small orders may have to be packed and inform of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events and home page.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office and e-conomic)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
