About the graduate programme
The Supply Chain Management Graduate Programme is a two-year journey consisting of 4 rotations across different functions and departments, where you will have the opportunity to assume various roles and responsibilities. In collaboration with some of the brightest minds, each rotation will enhance your business understanding and provide you with insight into both operational and strategic aspects, as well as optimisation opportunities within supply chain, logistics, and production concepts. We will plan the first rotation before you start, and there may be an opportunity to spend one rotation abroad. As a graduate, you will be involved in forming your own career, and we will tailor the programme individually to ensure that your ambitions and expectations are met.
You will start the programme in our Production Planning department, where you will have direct reference to our Planning Manager. In this rotation, you will gain insight into the aspects of a streamlined planning process, assist the planners in supporting the production, and securing the foundation for the production processes of tomorrow. Your remaining rotations will allow you to dive deeper into the Kamstrup Supply Chain, and you will have the opportunity to gain insight into our Purchasing, Lean, and Logistics departments. During the programme, you will also attend various courses provided by our own Kamstrup Academy, and we will work continuously with developing both your professional and personal skills.
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious, talented, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Graduate who can help shape our future supply chain and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Technology, cand.merc., or similar. A pronounced business understanding is furthermore an advantage. You are at the top of your class, and you have additionally participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or an internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you are outgoing and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike. Furthermore, your eye for detail enables you to spot optimisation opportunities while maintaining an overview of processes. You strive to deliver results independently, and your structured and systematic method ensures that your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline. Finally, you are characterised by being analytical and self-driven, and see opportunities and possibilities rather than limitations.
You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.
