Due to an increase in our maintenance activities, Skyways Technics A/S is searching for a motivated and team-oriented Logistics assistant to help maintain our supply inventory levels of tooling and consumables and negotiate deals with potential vendors.
The work will be located at our facility in Sonderborg, Denmark. You will work in a team with highly qualified and motivated colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Purchase tooling and other consumables for aircraft maintenance and repairs. You will also be introduced to aircraft spares purchasing.
- Register shipment and other logistics data, draw up spreadsheets and allocate freight.
- Measure supplies inventory and determine purchasing needs based on monthly stock levels.
- Maintain strong working relationships with our current vendors.
- Actively participate in improvement activities of the logistics department.
- Assist logistics and maintenance/repair teams as required, such as process parts, etc.

Requirements:
Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English and Danish (working language is mainly English)
Useful skills and other requirements:
- Working technical English knowledge/reading and understanding work instructions
- User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general IT literacy
- Driver’s license /category B
- Good collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn
