We are looking for an experienced Logistics Assistant to join our Global Part Sales in Tinglev where you will be based.

As our new Logistics Assistant, you will be part of smaller team who is working from our Headquarters in Tinglev and you will report to the Freight Forwarding Lead. As part of the Freight Forwarding Team, you will get the opportunity to work with colleagues within R&D and Quality.

Your key responsibilities are to:
• Book shipments
• Register and update shipments in ERP
• Handle day to day freight forwarding
• Communicate with customers and suppliers
• Handle various administrative routines related to freight forwarding, such as controlling/checking invoices and creating shipping documents
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Freight Forwarding Team’s task/project portfolio
In your everyday work, you will experience a high degree of independence in a flexible work environment where innovation and quality have very high priority. You will be a trusted colleague and part of an international company of proud and passionate colleagues who come from different backgrounds and cultures.
To qualify for our Logistics Assistant position, you need previous experience with either logistics and/or purchasing.
To work in our team, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You think proactively and are naturally result-oriented.
Additionally, you need:
• Strong coordination and planning skills and the ability to keep overview of many different tasks
• Sound experience with Excel and ERP-systems
• Good English skills, both written and spoken, is a basic requirement. Spanish language skills would be an advantage
• Good people skills as you will deal with both external and internal stakeholders
