Maersk Container Industry is looking for a Logistics Assistant for Global After Sales at MCI Headquarters in Tinglev.

Key responsibilities
Your tasks will mainly consist of:
-Booking shipments
-Registering and updating shipments in ERP
-Handling day to day freight forwarding
-Communication with customers and suppliers
-Various administrative routines related to freight forwarding, such as controlling/checking invoices and creating shipping documents
We are looking for
You Preferably possess a relevant education in Freight Forwarding and have 3- 5 years of experience within this area.
You have sound experience with Excel and ERP-systems. Good English skills, both written and spoken, is a requirement. Fair Spanish language skills will be an advantage.
As a person you are feeling comfortable working in a productive and fast expediting environment. At the same time, you are good at structuring your work with an eye for detail.
You have a proactive and service minded approach when solving challenges, hence your colleagues may always count on you for support. Due to the many contacts of the job it is required that you have strong communicative skills.

Maersk Container Industry (MCI) develops and manufactures refrigerated containers, dry containers and the Star Cool refrigeration machine for the intermodal industry, including shipping lines, fruit multinationals and leasing companies.
