Nordic Logistics Coordinator
Haribo Lakrids A/S is looking for a Nordic Logistics Coordinator
Do you have a background within logistics or Supply Chain? Do you see yourself working in a Nordic context? And would you like to work with one of the strongest brands in sugar confectionary?
We are looking for a colleague who can take on a central role as the link between customers, KAMs and logistics. With your experience and insight, you balance daily operational tasks and solving unexpected challenges without losing the big picture, also when deadlines are tight. And with your great stakeholder-management skills and team spirit, you contribute to a positive working environment and continued development of smooth processes. You will be part of the Supply Chain team working in our Nordic HQ in Vallensbæk.
Main tasks
- Daily order processing of Swedish and Norwegian orders
- Daily logistics support to our Swedish and Norwegian customers
- Coordination of potential Out Of Stocks in cooperation with the KAM teams and the Nordic planners
- Weekly follow-up on Case Fill Rate on customer level
- Follow up on slow moving stock with KAM and our 3PL
- Daily follow-up on customer orders and secure on time deliveries with our 3PL
- Supply coordination of stock on hand in the Swedish DC
- Stock alignment in the Swedish DC
- Backup on logistics support for Denmark and Finland
- Co-pack planner for the Swedish DC.
Profile
- Background within logistics or Supply Chain
- Familiar with business and logistics KPIs
- Fluent in Swedish and English. Familiar with Danish and Norwegian
- Experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ERP-systems (Haribo is currently implementing SAP S4 Hana globally)
- Strive from working with short deadlines and solving unexpected challenges
- Good at prioritizing between tasks.
