For our Logistic/Planning team within the Tools and Equipment Management department, we are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to be responsible for balancing demand and supply transport equipment for our Offshore factories and installation projects worldwide. You will be working at our office in Vejle, Denmark. You will be in close cooperation with customers (factories and sites) based worldwide.

How to contribute to our vision

As a Logistic Coordinator you will be responsible for following up on and aligning the factories production plans and the projects installation plans in order to balancing demand and supply and ensuring high utilization of the equipment - and at the same time minimize transport cost.

It will be your responsibility to maintain and optimize all processes related to the logistical setup for optimizing demand and supply of transport equipment just as you will be monitoring the demand and supply plans ensuring delivery performance throughout the value chain.

You will be forecasting budget and investments (demand) of transport equipment for fiscal year(s) and be responsible for monthly follow-up

It is key that you can ensure that all functions are performed within regulatory guidelines and company procedures and that you continuously improve our administrative processes in relation to financial aspects and internal customer satisfaction

You can maintain and develop self-built Excel based calculation tools.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics and/or experience with these fields - combined with a technical affinity and a strong logistical understanding.

You are outgoing and proactive, have an analytical mindset and possess strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. You are also a dedicated team player capable of creating and keeping an overview of complex tasks.

Furthermore, you are fluent in English both orally and in writing, and you possess profound skills in Microsoft Office and moderate knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of basic programming (for example VBA) will be an additional gain.
