NNE is looking into a promising future, with large scale exciting tasks for our customers. In our Architecture & Logistics department, the amount of logistics related tasks is increasing. We are therefore looking for talented logistics consultants to join our team.
Logistics design is an integrated part of NNE’s portfolio and anchored in the early analysis- and design phases. We believe that logistics strategies are important inputs to modern pharmaceutical science- and production facilities, which is why we want to strengthen our team with the right competences.
As a logistics consultant, you will act in cross-functional development projects, with the aim to define tailored logistics concepts for our customers. You will collaborate with process engineers and architects, as well as many other professionals with technical backgrounds. We develop both logistic concepts as well as implementation of the chosen solution into the facilities. By using our digital toolbox, you will conduct analyses, strategy development, and define technical requirements and design drivers. This in turn, will contribute to securing compliance and minimize the risk for our customers. Your work will be presented as e.g. logistics- and warehouse layouts, flow maps, simulations, block flow diagrams and descriptions for material handling equipment.
Most of our work is conducted using digital tools and platforms, often in collaboration with our colleagues in India and USA. It is therefore important for us that you are interested in digital tools, especially within visualization and simulation.

How you might spend your days
As a/an xx, you’ll be working with a motivated and creative team where you’ll be:
- Participating as a valued project member on large-scale projects.
- Handle smaller ad-hoc tasks with short deadlines.
- Be partly allocated to tasks and projects and work with several areas at the same time.
- Participate in and facilitate workshops with customers and colleagues.
- Collect and translate design drivers into concrete design solutions.
- Develop logistic analyses and strategies, flow maps and warehouse layouts.
- Secure that logistical interfaces are agreed and comply with the latest GMP requirements.
- Conduct and develop visualizations of logistical solutions by using digital tools such as Flexsim and Adobe Illustrator.
- Complete technical descriptions and tender material.
- Take part in implementation of the chosen solutions into the facilities.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably within Production-, Mechanical-, Supply Chain, Design and Innovation or the like. Alternatively Master in Urban Planning and Construction Architects (Bygningskonstruktør) with a flair for IT, software (SAP) and logistics.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, life-science, food industry or industrial brewery.
- Knowledge of GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking.
- Experience with project management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English.
