Are you the new Office Clerk for one of the largest international shipping companies?

The employment is for 4+ months with the possibility of extension.

As their new Office Clerk, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of both administrative and practical tasks across locations in Copenhagen.

This will, among other tasks, involve:

• Import and export of documents in an internal softwaresystem
• Document controlling
• Physical cleaning of archives
• Labeling, organizing and combining documents
• Sharepoint Archive migration

A strong administrative team are ready to welcome- and train you in the above mentioned tasks and processes. Yet, it is a great advantage, if you are an experienced user of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Sharepoint.

Practical information:

• Start date: as soon as possible (within 1-3 weeks)
• Duration: 4 months with the possibility of an extension
• Working hours: 37 hours, usually from 8.00 to 16.00
• Salary: according to qualifications.
• Possibility of working remote 1-2 days a week
