Are you the new Support Associate for one of the largest international shipping companies? Then read along!

In the role as Support Associate, you will share the responsibility to ensure robust and sustainable solutions for all customers and support the team finding the right fuel solution as the lowest possible price.
While doing so, you will get to help initiate solutions and transitions from the need of fossil - to renewable energy sources.

By being a part of a smaller and experienced team of 5 people placed in Copenhagen, you will get the opportunity to solve tasks such as:

• Sorting and handling the invoice approval process.
• Administrative tasks and registrations of fuel trading.
• Reviewing and validating costs.
• Ad hoc tasks and administrative handling regarding fossil- and biofuel.
• Working with large amount of data and numbers

If you can recognize the above-mentioned tasks, maybe from a similar position, and at the same time meet new tasks with a positive approach and can-do attitude, we will look forward to receiving your application.

Practical information:

• Start date: as soon as possible (within 1-3 weeks)
• Duration: 3-6 months with the possibility of an extension
• Working hours: 37 hours, usually from 8.00 to 16.00
• Salary: according to qualifications.
