We are expanding our operations and are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our sales organization. The role will focus on shipowners having newbuilding and retrofit projects, contributing to driving growth within our company.

Main responsibilities:
- Initiate and actively promote sales with shipowners engaged in new building projects. This includes liaison with and coordinating the Newbuilding Team.
- Actively drive the development of sales and promotion of the company’s entire portfolio to shipowners, ship designers, and, to some extent, shipyards.
- Ensure the proposed solution fulfill customer requirements and are technically feasible.
- Lead sales projects and negotiate contracts, both technically and commercially, for newbuilds, retrofits and upgrades.
- Actively promote strategic marine initiatives in the market by contributing to conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and lobby events.
We expect you to have:
- Some years of experience from B2B Sales, Business Development, Project Sales or Sales Account Management.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- A strong technical education/background or maritime industry experience (e.g. marine engineering or similar).
- Understanding of complex electrical installations relevant to the company’s three product categories.
- Experience with newbuilding or retrofit projects.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- A drive to grow the business, close the deals, and increase the market share.
- A systematic and organized approach to work.
- The ability to identify or develop the right solution for customers.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
