Next Gen Concepts and Partnering is center point for innovations in and around the core of our Vestas Business. We develop new radical solutions that enable the new WTG concepts to materialize from both a technical and commercial standpoint. We take solutions from the sketch on the napkin to commercial reality.

Power Solutions Innovation & Concepts Next Gen Concepts & Partnering
Next Gen Concepts and Partnering is center point for innovations in and around the core of our Vestas Business. Responsibilities
- Direct conceptual project within new installation and construction projects in all stages
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to bring project forward and propel partnerships within set area
- Develop technical solutions (get your fingers dirty) together with in and external partner
- Be visionary and generate new ideas and concepts for next generation offshore Balance of plant solutions
- Build conceptual strategy for floating concept
- Have experience working closely with commissioning of offshore wind farms
- Coordinate and propel design tasks within the project design team and with global teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of wind industry experience with developing innovative solution or technical Project Management.

- Innovative and unconventional thinking that can generate ideas
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Take ownership of your tasks, are action-oriented, and have a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Curious to understand the underlying reasoning and quick to learn from our technical and commercial experts
- Team oriented, able to communicate opinions, able to listen and collaborate
- Enthusiastic, engaged and resilient- keep going when the going gets tough
- Bridge technical assessment to commercial input
