Your position
As our new Management Assistant, you will be supporting the Senior Vice President (SVP) in our Rig & Offshore Marine Department, as well as the Rig & Offshore Marine team within strategy, sales, and internal improvement project processes. You will play an important part in supporting the team by ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Your tasks & responsibilities
An essential part of the job will be supporting the team internally with agendas, minutes, reporting and follow-up on meetings and defined goals and providing input based on internal/external enquiries.

- Assisting in strategic initiatives and follow-up on actions as well as ensuring team building exercises
- Assisting in internal improvement projects
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Systematisation and optimisation work across the organisation
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas and minutes of meetings
- Coordination of internal and external training
- Ad hoc and administrative tasks

- Educational background in marketing, communication or sales
- Similar experience from an international organisation
- Flair for IT as well as being highly experienced with MS Office
- Fluent in written and verbal English
