You will join our Operation Support division where we deliver manpower to both internal Semco Maritime projects and to projects with external customers. Our internal projects include oil & gas projects in the Danish sector as well as offshore substation projects for offshore wind farms worldwide. We coordinate several hundred employees daily, so high efficiency and professionalism are required.
About the job:
The Planner is responsible for scheduling and coordination of all offshore operational and maintenance activities are carried out to meet the requirements of the asset, company and legislative requirements in liaison with the onshore planner.
Requirement:
Primavera P6 experience is an advantage.
Experience with excel incl. experience with pivot tables.
Create an ongoing overview of labor needs for proposal projects.
Flexible Participate in strategic forecasts regarding intelligent sourcing of project resources onshore and offshore.
Make cost analyzes of employment versus recruitment.
Create an overview of available internal employees and competencies / qualifications.
Maintain an overview of booked resources / trades / projects on a monthly basis.
Monthly management summary reporting (Power BI or similar).
