We are looking for a skilled WelderForeman to oversee our Gas Lift Project offshore, which is scheduled to begin in March 2025 and conclude in July 2025. This will be a project-based role with a 2:2 rotation schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of welders and fabrication professionals during the offshore Gas Lift Project.
- Ensure all welding, fabrication, and installation tasks meet high industry standards, as well as safety and quality regulations.
- Manage day-to-day operations, making sure the team works effectively to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and handle any challenges or issues that arise on-site.
- Ensure that all activities comply with relevant offshore policies and safety protocols.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to the team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Welder Foreman in offshore oil and gas projects.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Strong technical expertise in welding processes and fabrication techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
