Due to increased need for administration and customer service, related to BREXIT, DFDS is now looking for a Shipping Supervisor, to join our office team in Copenhagen.
You will become part of an international company with a long, successful history, and as Shipping Supervisor, you play a vital role in ensuring a continually successful freight operation.

We are looking for people with logistics experience, who have genuine dedication for process coordination, customer service, administration, and handling of detailed documentation.
More specifically, we are looking for people with:

- Help Logistics staff with planning
- Take customer calls and assist in daily planning
- Help customers improve their current information flow
- Assist with customs declarations
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for people with logistics experience, who have genuine dedication for process coordination, customer service, administration, and handling of detailed documentation.
More specifically, we are looking for people with:
- Formel education within office administration, shipping, or logistics
- Experience with and interest for customer service.
- Confidence within the Microsoft office package
- Fluency in English - written and oral
- Danish/Swedish/Norwegian language is an advantage, but not required
- Driver’s licence B
