Then the position as Shipping and Export Coordinator API/FDF for Xellia Pharmaceuticals ApS is for you!
Xellia Pharmaceuticals ApS in Copenhagen, Denmark is looking for an energetic, proactive and dynamic collaborator to operationally coordinate shipments and invoicing within a high-impact Global Customer Service team, capable of:
- Structuring, booking and executing the dispatch of customer and inter-company orders;
- Spearheading trade and customs compliance subject matters; and
- Supporting the order management activities when needed/applicable.
As Shipping and Export Coordinator API/FDF, you will contribute to an ambitious roadmap in defining and improving processes and tools to ensure highest customer satisfaction and efficiency. Most importantly, the position will offer you the opportunity to grow and learn within the pharmaceuticals supply chain environment.
In details, you will be responsible for:
- Booking transports to internal and external customers with preferred freight forwarders
- Invoicing customers upon dispatch.
- Putting together shipping documentation (Packing and Weight List, APHIS/USDA Statement on materials of animal origin, Certificate(s) of Analysis, Certificate(s) of Conformance, Certificate(s) of Origin, etc.).
- Notifying customers of deliveries.
- Setting-up temperature-monitoring devices for the transportation.
- Attending to any customer complaints.
- Participating in weekly communication meetings to track inbound/outbound shipments of API, samples and FDF as well as report monthly/quarterly revenue.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvements within area of responsibilities.
- Providing subject-matter expertise on trade and customs compliance (import and export regulations, preferential/non-preferential country of origin traceability and marking, tariff codes, product screening, etc.)
- Supporting order management activities (order intake, order acknowledgement and issuance of pick-slips) when needed/applicable (e.g. peak periods, back-up, etc.)
To support this exciting journey, you should bring:
- A high-energy and result-oriented persona with a talent for communicating, collaborating and with a keen eye for detail.
- A good sense of personal structure, organization and capability to deal with multiple stakeholders, priorities and cultures.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and in particular Microsoft Excel.
- A large appetite for learning and growing.
- Prior experience from Export Management or Transport Management, including transport booking, dangerous goods handling (IATA), customs declarations, invoicing (Bank documents and Letter of Credits) and ERP Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle JD Edwards).
Note that our future employee must have a Certificate of criminal record without remarks (Privat straffeattest) as the position falls under Known Consignor Status certification.
