Develop and lead the new digital platform
In this role, you will develop and lead the creation of KOMPANs new digital platform and be the crucial factor in ensuring the best user journey and customer experience. To excel in this role, you have great experience in project management and have a solid knowledge of the relevant technology. You can work at a strategic level with business and digital implementation and thrive in a global environment.
A successful Digital Platform Manager has good communication skills, is highly structured, and has a good eye for details. You bring a strong personality and can work across organizational boundaries. You are good at building inter-company relations and communicating to address the different stakeholders’ primary interests.

You are fluent in English orally and in writing. You will refer to Senior Manager Tobias Brandt and primarily work from HQ in Odense, but with the opportunity to work remotely depending on the different tasks. You will be part of a team consisting of four colleagues with a professional but humoristic culture, and you will work closely with many other teams across the global organization.

Key Tasks and Experience
Your key tasks will include:
- Develop and lead the creation of our new digital platform
- Work and cooperate with all relevant stakeholders
- Optimize the website user journey and customer experience
- Deliver learnings and insights based on user data
- Ensure development of new functionalities through sprints
- Work with our development agency on web backlog and interpret user and business needs and outputs from UI, visual, and content design and turn them into specifications for web developers
- Act as a subject matter expert and train and assist web editors, content providers etc. in our CMS system
As our ideal candidate you have the following skills and experiences:
- Has successfully operated as a Digital Project Manager or Scrum Master
- A proven experience in website management, working experience with Contentful or similar CMS is a plus
- A deep understanding of website performance, including E-com and lead generation
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, PIM, SEO best practices and web metrics
- Agile and thrive in a changing and evolving environment where we work as a team and get smarter together
