We are looking for a Student Assistant to join the Market Development team in our skilled Offshore department, which handles the development of our global offshore portfolio. As our new Student Assistant, you will work with a big variation of interesting tasks and have great opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. Your primary role will be to support your colleagues in the Offshore team, and you will have the opportunity to work on the frontline of European Energy’s business and be involved in a lot of exciting projects.
While this position is meant as a part-time job next to your studies, it offers the opportunity for a following full-time employment after your graduation.
We seek someone who is motivated and takes initiative; a team-oriented yet independent person, who thrives in an international environment. It is crucial that you show flexibility and have good problem-solving skills, as you will be working in a high paced and multidisciplinary environment.

In collaboration with our highly experienced and motivated colleagues, you will contribute to a variety of different tasks within offshore. You will have great flexibility to structure your work hours and get responsibility of your own tasks. Hours: 10-20 hours a week with flexibility in exam periods

Areas of responsibility
- Market development activities by engaging in various commercial workstreams
- Market analysis hereunder competitive landscapes, general market screenings, partner possibilities etc.
- Support with the development of existing projects
- Assist in preparing presentations and other decision materials for both internal and external stakeholders as well as management
- Support in divestment/joint venture activities
- Regular reporting, document management and other corporate tasks
- Coordination with other departments
What we expect from you
- You have recently commenced on your master’s degree within business administration, economics and finance, sustainability, engineering or similar with at least 1,5 years left before graduation
- You have full proficiency in English – both verbal and written
- You have proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are enthusiastic about renewable energy, in particular the offshore segment, and you see yourself working in this business long-term
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills
