French speaking E-commerce Manager

MakesYouLocal helps webshops succeed abroad and several of our clients are focusing on the French market. This is why we are looking for a new colleague to join our French-speaking team in Copenhagen.

Do you have e-commerce knowledge and would love to learn more about payment, logistics and trust marks. Would you like to localize webshops for launch in France and also work with customer service, translations, and social media on behalf of our clients? In other words, our new French colleague will learn to manage all the tasks required, for a webshop to succeed in France. On top of that, the preferred candidate is able to read and understand Danish – and maybe even speak and write the language as well.

What we expect from our next colleague

First of all, we are looking for people with the right attitude and for us, this means that you most days are happy and positive. That you are ready to step up when our customers need you and enjoy the freedom on days where they don’t. The job also requires an interest in e-commerce and a genuine desire to help the customers you are in contact with. On top of that we expect you:

• to be able to speak and write fluently in French
  
• to be able to translate from English (from Danish/Swedish would be an advantage)
  
• to have relevant job experience, from e-commerce, customer service, retail or another relevant position
  
• to be comfortable with a computer and willing to learn new stuff
  
• to have been living in France for most of your life
