Swedish speaking E-commerce Team Lead

We need an experienced e-commerce Team Lead at our office in Copenhagen!

MakesYouLocal helps webshops succeed abroad and several of our clients are focusing on Sweden. This is why we are looking for a new colleague to join our Swedish-speaking team in Copenhagen.

Our new colleague will work with all the aspects of launching and operate a successful webshop in Sweden. At the same time, he or she will coordinate and prioritize the tasks across the Swedish team, as well as help developing team competencies together with our Head of Operations. It is also a part of the job to assist with customer service, translations, as well as monitoring social media on behalf of the webshops we work with. An important skill is to be able to proofread and making sure the quality of the translations is good. In other words, you will over time be able to manage all the tasks related to run a webshop in Sweden.

What we expect from our next colleague

First of all, we are looking for people with the right attitude and for us this means that you most days are happy and positive. That you are ready to step up when our customers need you and enjoy the freedom on days where they don’t. The job also requires experience in
e-commerce and a genuine desire to help the customers you are in contact with. On top of that we expect you:

• to be able to speak and write fluently in Swedish
• to be able to proofread and ensure high quality in our translations
• to have relevant job experience from e-commerce preferable as an employee in a webshop
• to have an analytical mindset and be able to spot problems and come up with solutions
  
• to have manager potential and an interest in helping and developing your colleagues
• have relevant experience with leading a team, as a Coordinator or a Team Lead
  

We are looking for a full-time employee and you will be working from our office in Østerbro, Copenhagen. Here you will find 70 + colleagues from 8 different countries all doing a great job helping our customers succeed abroad.
