We are looking for an Event Lead for the marketing team. Today the team consists of 9 specialized marketing professionals responsible for different areas within marketing – from events over campaigns, social media and marketing and communications through our partners.

The event lead will have a central role in the team and will plan, drive and execute events – both digitally and in-person. The role is responsible for aligning across the organization with e.g. sales and business group leads to land events that support our overall business priorities and KPI’s.

The event lead will proactively work with the CMO lead and the rest of the team to create an event plan for the year. The event lead will have an end to end responsibility for the events – from starting and aligning with relevant stakeholders to drive a strong demand generation to make sure that sales drives attendees and to monitoring and measuring on the effect – continuously and after the events.

Your tasks will be

Plan and executive events – in person and digital

Monitor and measure your events to make sure we get the business impact we are looking for

Drive demand generation via different channels

Project manage larger events and campaigns to meet our KPI’s

Work closely together with the rest of the marketing team to succeed

Work in our systems to set-up events and evaluate

Proactively speak with relevant stakeholders to make sure you have the right buy in for our events.

Work with agencies who will help you on your events

Drive demand in Denmark for event series produced by our Western European community

Participate in community meetings with the other 12 countries in Western Europe

Stay on top of new processes, best practice and tools within events coming from Western Europe and corp.
