Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled marketeer with hands-on experience from working with performance marketing. We expect that the applicant has a thorough understanding of what channels are best suited to reach our clients goals and knows how to deliver insights that are understandable and actionable.

You will help our clients succeed in new markets, setting up campaigns that deliver results that match the goals of the client.

What we expect from our next colleague

First of all, we are looking for people with the right attitude and for us this means that you most days are happy and positive. That you are ready to step up when our clients need you and enjoy the freedom on days where they don’t. The job also requires experience within
performance marketing and a proven record in working with digital marketing. On top of that we expect you:

• You have an analytical mindset and you're able to spot problems and come up with solutions
  
  
• You are experienced in Google Analytics
  
  
• You have hands-on experience from both Facebook and Google and you're curious to learn about new channels.
  
  
• You are excellent at communicating with clients and have a structured approach to tasks
  
  

Some of your daily tasks will be:

• Following up on campaign performance
  
  
• Working with growth strategies in close collaboration with our clients
  
  
• Setting up campaigns and working on creating great content together with your colleagues
  
  

We are looking for a full-time employee and you will be working from our office in Amager, Copenhagen. Here you will find 80 + colleagues from 8 different countries all doing a great job helping our clients succeed abroad.
