Job Description

We are looking for an inspiring colleague to join our small, busy marketing department.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator that comes with a hands-on approach to define, develop, and communicate Lyngsoe Systems capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define, coordinate the development and execution of key marketing strategies, including branding, digital marketing (website & social media) on various platforms, and CRM.
• Work closely with external marketing bureaus, Solution Managers and Sales in development of marketing materials such as newsletters, online case stories and campaigns, to build a strong brand image globally for Lyngsoe Systems

Expect 10-20 days per year travel.

Desired skill and experience

Our ideal candidate is equally strategic and operational - having experience crafting the branding journey and at the same time enjoying executing it.

• Knowledge of CRM & Marketing Automation – preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions
• Content writing: material for brochures, newsletters, press releases, social media & website
• Fluent in English – written and verbal
• Strong coordination skills in event management
• Experience in developing and executing campaigns
• Well-structured approach to plan and prioritises tasks and workloads against predefined deadlines
• Can quickly acquire new skills and adapt to changes within the industry
• Minimum 2 year of track record of managing and delivering successful full-funnel brand campaigns, using both offline and online marketing channels in an international company
