We Offer:
The e-Commerce Growth and Strategy Lead grows the e-commerce business by assessing the required capabilities based on the customer need, trends, and territorial challenges. You will be on point for driving a growth strategy in his/her designated areas of responsibilities. You will be an evangelist for the e-commerce business at continental level and will conduct it in collaboration with other teams such as Regional Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Alliance, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success and Partners to create and strengthen the industry point of view and solutions by leveraging global / local thought leadership contents, solutions and demos. The individual is a key partner and the go-to person for the regional offices and a bridge to central, conducting data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with other business partners. Has the skill and experience to integrate themselves into an organization quickly and assess challenges for driving growth or resolve go-to-market issues. The individual is expected to deal with day-to-day responsibilities for his/her area and initiatives identified by the global centre team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the annual ECL regional business planning process and translate the strategy into action
• Orchestrate ECL priorities: identify the areas where the company must direct their focus and establish metrics for success. Revisiting regularly and evaluating progress
• Monitoring trends, customer behavior and LnS cross-product interoperability
• Quickly identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities that drive revenue growth (partnerships are to be considered)
• Define and create industry-specific collateral (Industry Sales Plays) and thought leadership pieces including white papers, data sheet
• Is visible and the point of contact in the respective Industry, present at all key events to drive awareness around the e-commerce industry, solutions, assets, partners and customer success stories
• Main point of contact for his/her geographical area of responsibility
• Lead on global ECL pricing and in-organic initiatives
