You will support the commercial part of HARMAN Lifestyle E-commerce business and further improve processes and find better solutions

The E-commerce Support Specialist will join the team being responsible for leading and guiding HARMANs EMEA customer support call center. You will be based in Kvistgaard, Denmark. The team works closely together with the internal E-commerce team and the European customer support call centers which do B2C support as you will support and advise them.

Other primary tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Administrative day-to-day tasks, which include solving immediate issue.
• Provide regular training and updates to the helpdesk team’s trainers and team leads.
• Gather and analyze relevant feedback from customer case data and helpdesk teams and work with the appropriate department(s) to ensure customer feedback is optimized.
• Support global and regional E-commerce related projects.
• Coordinate order management tasks when exceptions occur (back office).
• Become an expert in HARMANs IT order management tools.

You have 1-2 years of experience from a relevant position in Sales, E-commerce support, or Customer Service.

Further, you have:

• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of marketplaces and order management
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Customer service and commercial-minded
