We are looking for a social superstar with a creative mind to join our expanding creative team, developing and executing our social media strategy across all owned platforms for Flugger.

Additionally, this role allows for the creative juices to really flow, as the Creative Social Media Manager will be responsible for the creation and execution of editorial stories which will live on Flugger’s digital hub, bringing the brand vision to life.

Although our team is new, we are growing fast and always work collaboratively, bouncing ideas and concepts off each other to achieve a shared goal. Creative thinking is at the core of Flugger’s evolving direction, and, as such, the role of Creative Social Media Manager will encompass more than just content production and channel management. It required strategic thinking and conceptual development that can be implements across marketing, , influencer relations, advertising, PR and retail… the opportunities to make a difference and drive global campaigns from one simple idea is endless.

We want to create a bold, aspirational, and meaningful platform for our audience. We have never had a SoMe manager before, so we are really excited about this – so fire over your application if you feel we could be your new work family?

Your tasks include:
- Together with the team, you will set the SoMe strategy that will build a caring and aspirational community on our platforms.
- Being in charge of influencer marketing, together with a very talented human being.
- Responsible for the Editorial Track, finding and building interesting and relevant stories.
- Drive the day to day owned social media channels, posting, planning and analyzing traffic, and showcasing the continuous improvements made to channel engagement.
- Communicating our green strategy and other KSPs.

Your palette

We imagine that our new colleague is:

- A creative thinker - You don’t need to know everything about everything, but come with a brain full of ideas with a good visual eye.
- A storyteller – We will support you in telling these stories and guide how we communicate them, but the desire to create an interesting narrative is key.
- Experienced in communication - Experience with driving SoMe channels would be great and is a huge plus. If you don’t have experience in driving business SoMe accounts, but know a lot about SoMe, and you’re eager to learn…apply!
- Wants to learn and is super curious on what is going on in the world and the newest feature within social media. Think Flugger in the Metaverse …
