UK E-commerce Assistant (part-time)

MakesYouLocal helps webshops succeed abroad and our clients are focusing on the UK market. This is why we are looking for our new employee, preferably from the UK, to join our team in Copenhagen. This part-time position is perfect for if you're studying or simply want more spare time!

We need your help with customer service by phone, mails and chats. E-commerce is a growing industry and we are growing fast together with our clients. Do you want to be a part of an exciting journey within e-commerce?

This is a part-time position and during the first few weeks you will be working from our office at Østerbro. Once you're trained in our systems and have the insight into our clients' websites and business, you want you can work from home if you feel comfortable doing so. We are looking for someone to help out approximately 10-20 hours per week, and assist the UK team both during weekdays, evenings, weekends and vacations. A more detailed job schedule will be coordinated with your teamlead once you start.
