WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SEASONED SENIOR E-COMMERCE MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN OUR GANNI HQ IN NEW YORK CITY. IT IS A TEMPORARY POSITION ON A 6 MONTH MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT, AND YOU WILL BE REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE CHIEF DIGITAL CUSTOMER OFFICER (BASED IN LONDON, UK)

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Provide insights of key business drivers, missed opportunities and actions plans to meet sales targets and deliver on profitable growth
  • Partner with Finance team to maintain the budget and P&L for all e-commerce and related operations, marketing, and sales
  • Partner with Merchandising and Buying to optimize product assortment and analyze assortment productivity
  • Collaborate with Marketing (performance and brand) to develop a strong marketing and trading plan that drives brand awareness and interest while being cross-functionally aligned with key product category and collection priorities - to deliver on NA e-commerce strategy
  • Collaborate with Digital Product team, on site improvements to continuously improve the experience and customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer growth opportunities with CRM team based on NA consumer behavior and buying habits

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • The right candidate is a data-driven, action-oriented, and brand-focused individual who is eager to learn, make an impact and take on new challenges
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce within full price retail
  • Experience using data and insights to support problem solving
  • Results-oriented, attention-to-detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Clear communicator and a team player
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
