The job
We are looking for a Product Manager to take on the responsibility for our products within the Electronic Warfare area for our global market. We offer a total Electronic Warfare management package consisting of coherent and cost-effective solutions that provide our customers with the ultimate freedom of choice.

The position is based in our Headquarter in Lystrup, Aarhus. You can expect approximately 20-30 international travel days per year.

In close collaboration with Business Development, Solution Management and Technology & Innovation you will be responsible for the full ligecycle perspective of our Electronic Warfare products, including:

  • Product strategy, roadmap and budget
  • Collecting market intelligence to represent the” voice of the customer”
  • Establishing solid business cases and go-to-market strategies
  • Working cross-organizational to secure the profitability of your products
  • Taking active part in the pricing of your products
  • Ensuring that adequate sales material is available in coorperation with Business Development and Marketing
  • Conduct organizational training and evangelize your product internally and externally
  • Assist during proposal preparation, sales meetings and demo activities

As our new Product Manager, you will work across the Aeronautics organization in both US and DK and with close contact to our regional offices. You will be a core member of our team and a core player in the growth scenario we are expecting in the Electronic Warfare domain.

How to succeed in this position?
You have an ambitious and professional approach to handle your tasks. As Product Manager you hold both commercial and technical skills and is willing to walk the extra mile to ensure we have the right products available for our customers. You have a Bachelor or Master degree within Business, Technical or Commercial areas, combined with experience from a similar position in an International B2B or B2G Business, which has given you a strong toolbox. Furthermore, we imagine that you have experience with product management, portfolio development, as well as great communication skills which you use actively to engage stakeholders and transform complex information into simple story telling.

As a person you shall be able to put yourself in the customer’s position and understand their needs. you are analytical, collaborative and a team player who recognize the value of working closely with both internal and external stakeholders; building positive relations and communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Structured, open minded and service oriented, flexible in attitude and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • An energetic relational driven person with good people management skills. Confident and with an ability to build trust
  • Systematic in your approach to problem solving with a strong follow-up ability
  • Analytical and data driven in your approach to understanding problems/issues
  • Able to push back constructively with integrity and suggest improvements to existing practices.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
