Perhaps you have a strong technical understanding of e-commerce/online commerce with ambitions to turn your knowledge into value as an e-commerce consultant at one of Denmark's leading Microsoft Partners within ERP solutions? You will play a key role where, in collaboration with project managers, consultants and developers, you will act as the customer's IT technical advisor in relation to building and optimising their e-commerce platform. You will therefore engage in close dialogue with customers, both before and during the project, where you will get to know their wants and needs in order to be able to paraphrase and communicate them to your team of web and BusinessCentral developers etc. You will analyse relevant issues and consult with developers and customers on the right solution designs. You will be part of the company's e-commerce team, consisting of 9 employees, 2 of which are e-commerce consultants. To be successful in the role , you presumably have a relevant educational background in e-commerce. Your work experience is more important than your education, as there can be different pathways to the job. You may have experience from a similar consultancy position where you gained broad knowledge and experience with running e-commerce in the B2C market and preferably also in the B2B market. You might also have experience from a position in a marketing agency or an ERP company, where you worked with online commerce in the furniture or fashion industry and want to try your hand at consulting. It is considered an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience with Navision/BusinessCentral and/or UX design and have an eye for graphic aesthetics combined with user friendliness.
You communicate in written and spoken Danish and English, and it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and your own car. As a person, you are approachable, outgoing and service-minded. You are able to create good relationships with your colleagues and, of course, with your customers, where you are good at listening, getting involved, communicating to your team of web and BusinessCentral developers on a more technical level and finding the right solution for the customer. You behave decently and keep your agreements, so that the customer feels that they are in good hands throughout the process. At the same time, you are confident in your expertise, so you are not afraid to apply your knowledge and challenge the customer's thinking. You are good at working independently and are proactive in contributing to the development of your position as an e-commerce consultant.
