We are currently looking for a dedicated and ambitious Student Assistant for our in-house Marketing Communications & E-Commerce team, that serves as a professional full-service agency for the global VIKING organization.

Our new colleague will take on a key role in supporting, developing and executing our e-commerce and digital marketing activities – and you will get the opportunity to build extensive professional experience within these fields of work.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Enrichment/quality assurance of products in PIM (Product Information Management system)
• Support e-commerce project managers on support tasks and development projects
• Responsible for conducting ‘smoke tests’ on the various e-commerce portals
• Work closely with product managers on day-to-day product related queries in PIM
• Support online marketing campaigns involving the webshop
• Assist the content marketing manager on social media execution and product/concept manager marketing support
• Execute small to medium sized marketing projects in coordination with the team, global colleagues and external agencies
• Ad hoc marketing, communications and e-commerce tasks

You will work approximately 15-20 hours per week from our HQ in Esbjerg – with full flexibility around exam periods.

About you
The right candidate for this position is characterized by being organized, detail oriented, self-driven, proactive and eager learn and do what it takes to drive our e-commerce and digital marketing setup to the next level.

You probably characterize yourself as a ‘digital’ native’. You hold a natural interest in digital platforms, media and solutions and you are a fast learner when it comes to mastering new technology.

Last but not least, you are probably studying (or about to start doing so) within a relevant field - and have two or more years left before graduation.
