Associate Specialist, SEO

Experiencing a growth rate of over 40%, we specialise in data-driven digital marketing, assisting ambitious companies like Kia, Axel Arigato, and Sephora in crafting measurable digital strategies.

We recently opened our first office in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), and you now have the chance to become part of this amazing journey as our first SEO Specialist. You will be responsible for aiding our clients in identifying and addressing their strategic objectives, digital transformation, problem-solving, and project management within the world of SEO.

Your role

You will be joining our local SEO team in Amsterdam while also collaborating closely with the group-level SEO team consisting of 40+ employees, who are expertly developing our clients’ digital visibility and driving growth. Your role involves advising some of the leading businesses in the Netherlands.

Specifically, you will be working with:

• Technical SEO Audits of websites and platforms
  
  
• Understanding and analysing organic performance data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Accuranker etc. and custom internal tools
  
  
• Understanding and utilising new technologies within SEO (e.g. Core updates)
  
  
• Understanding and working with website crawling in Screaming Frog
  
  
• Help lead website migrations
  
  
• Conducting keyword research and content mapping
  
  
• Strategic consulting to clients
  
  
• Working closely with clients’ web dev and technical teams
  
  

Your profile

With 1-3 years of SEO experience and familiarity with SEO tools, you are:

• A dedicated problem solver, ready to take on challenging cases
  
  
• Passionate about how the individual challenge is solved, and you have an eye for current market trends
  
  
• Effective in working independently and proactively, and you thrive in a dynamic environment
  
  
• Capable of excelling with changing deadlines and delivering under pressure
  
  
• A structured individual who is passionate about coordination and process optimization
  
  
• Proficient in both English and Dutch
