We're searching for someone who can meticulously polish and optimize every digital interaction with our customers, guaranteeing a smooth and captivating experience right from the first touchpoint to post-purchase follow-ups and everything in between.

Job description

You will be a member and working closely with the entire marketing team and reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing. You will not only have an opportunity to excel in your own area but also deeply impact how we work and our marketing game overall.

  • Take the lead on creating and putting into action thorough strategies for CRM and digital interactions, aiming to enrich the customer's journey and nurturing from start to finish.
  • Create and launch targeted email marketing initiatives that connect with our customers wherever they are in their journey with us.
  • Dig into customer interactions and data to unearth ways we can enhance and personalize our digital touchpoints even more.
  • Work together with teams from various departments to integrate CRM tactics seamlessly into our broader digital marketing fabric, ensuring a unified customer experience.
  • Measure, report, and make recommendations based of how CRM and email marketing efforts are performing, using those insights to refine and improve our strategies constantly.
  • Oversee the organization of our customer database to ensure our marketing hits the mark more accurately, enhancing both relevance and impact.
  • Stay sharp and informed about the latest developments in CRM and email marketing, bringing in cutting-edge practices to elevate customer experience and insights.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to make sure we're always in tune with our customers' feedback and insights, folding them into our CRM approach.
