Are you a passionate and experienced e-commerce professional looking to make an impact in the digital world? Bolia is seeking an E-commerce Coordinator for a maternity cover to join our dynamic team. If you have a flair for design, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and a desire to enhance customer experiences, this role is for you!

About the job.

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that Bolia.com delivers a seamless and captivating user experience. You’ll manage a wide range of tasks, from website updates to campaign coordination, working closely with our creative, range, and IT teams. Your role will be critical in driving online sales, improving usability, and maintaining our brand’s high standards across digital platforms.

Your tasks:

  • You’ll keep Bolia.com fresh, optimized, and always delivering a smooth and inspiring experience for our visitors.
  • Work with our creative and marketing teams to bring content to life, making sure it aligns beautifully with our Bolia vibe.
  • Help us expand into new markets by collaborating across teams to implement exciting, strategic ideas.
  • Lead and coordinate campaigns that engage our customers and stay true to Bolia’s visual identity.
  • Manage product data in our PIM system, ensuring everything is consistent and spot-on across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with teams like retail, marketing, and customer service to create a cohesive online presence that feels seamless.
  • Be the project coordinator, driving website improvements with external agencies to ensure everything is delivered on time and up to our high standards.
  • Become our CMS expert, updating content and supporting digital projects with ease.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Loves optimizing websites and making them a joy to use.
  • Is comfortable managing content and product data within a CMS and PIM system.
  • Brings basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing to help drive traffic.
  • Enjoys diving into data to track performance and make informed improvements.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks like a pro, with great project management skills.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates with both internal teams and external partners to keep things running smoothly.
  • Always keeps the customer’s experience in mind, ensuring they have a seamless shopping journey.
