As a key member of the expanding global Data & Analytics team, within our IT department, you'll work alongside committed professionals dedicated to ensuring we can shape a greener future through a scalable, compliant, and accurate data foundation and analytics. The team leverages data to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence, ensuring data accessibility and actionable insights across the company. This is a unique opportunity to influence and shape the future of our data landscape as we transition to the most modern data stack available, enhancing our capabilities in integrations, processing, analysis, and compliance.
How you will create an impact
The global Data & Analytics team has a deep impact and interested parties across all departments in the company. Therefore you will have the possibility to ensure that the team will be able to juggle all of the data desires from all across the company in an impactful way that will both service the team and the broader organization. As the new Senior Product Manager of the global Data & Analytics team, you’ll be right in the center of the storm of all this by managing the growing data and analytics capabilities through cross-company collaboration and internal prioritization.
Your team is part of a department with multiple product teams, each with its own product manager. You and the other Product Managers will work closely with each other to implement best practice team and agile development leadership along with the Head of IT Development, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture.

In this role you will
- Leverage your communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge between the D&A team and across the EE organization.
- Be responsible for change management in the creation of new data products.
- Build and manage the D&A product roadmap.
- Support the development of the Data & Analytics Strategy.
- Conduct and ensure best practices of agile development along with the rest of the team.
- Project manage the Data & Analytics Platform and Data Integration Services.
- Be responsible for requirement specifications together with external stakeholders and internal team members.
- Create experimental cases and proof of concepts.
To thrive in this position, we imagine that you:
- hold a master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Alternatively, we expect equivalent professional experience.
- have 5+ years of IT Project Management or Product Management experience.
- are a fluent and experienced communicator in English. Danish is an advantage.
- have solid stakeholder management skills.
- are experienced with creating effective roadmaps to drive results.
In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience with
- PowerBI, Snowflake, dbt or similar platforms.
- DevOps or other Task Management Software.
