Pedestal is seeking a Head of Ecommerce to lead the next steps in the internationalization of the brand on an exciting growth journey. We seek an experienced profile with an aesthetic and performance-driven mindset to build our digital strategy on existing and new markets.
The candidate will manage our digital team, lead our e-commerce strategy together with the executive team, and oversee our daily e-com operations. The Head of Ecommerce will ensure our growth, including our online development, and discover new digital opportunities. The position will report to the CEO.

The candidate will manage our digital team, lead our e-commerce strategy together with the executive team, and oversee our daily e-com operations. The Head of Ecommerce will ensure our growth, including our online development, and discover new digital opportunities. The position will report to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all e-commerce activities and managing the e-commerce team
- Manage all projects related to our e-commerce development across brands and platforms
- Create a digital strategy and secure growth
- Manage all paid digital marketing activities at strategy, including SEO, SEM
- Budgeting and forecasting for all e-commerce platforms, as well as P&L responsibility
- Optimize channels by testing and ensuring performance, including UX and website optimization
- Analyzing and reporting on KPI’s
- Closely cooperate with our marketing team to secure development and the right use of content
- Manage the ongoing development of the website to accelerate growth
- Analyze and oversee the growth of the online customer database and support in developing and implementing online customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Work closely with the communication and graphic team to ensure relevant content
- Build strong relationships with key business partners
Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience with e-commerce management from relevant industry
- Experienced user of Shopify Plus
- Strong strategic abilities to build a long-term growth strategy
- Good understanding of the world of SEM and SEO etc.
- A commercial mindset without compromising on aesthetics
- Experience analyzing data and converting insights into actions
- Analytically strong with a proven track record within E-commerce and with P&L responsibility
- Experience in identifying and choosing the right external collaboration partners
- Strong in stakeholder management and coordination with external digital partners
- Experience in working with website design, UX, and digital development
- Managing a team and pushing all digital projects forward
