The position
This exciting role is a part of a transformative agenda and can be shaped as the office expands.
You will act as a functional lead in close collaboration with the team, who will support you with the analytics related to People & Organisation (P&O). You can look forward to: Working with new technologies and ensuring that they are leveraged for analytical purposes Promoting a data-driven culture and increasing data literacy across the organization. Partnering with business leaders to identify and prioritize analytics opportunities that align with business objectives. Leading the development and deployment of analytics models, tools, and frameworks that provide insights and drive decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality standards and ethical data practices are being followed. Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in analytics. You will play a pivotal role in implementing the people analytics strategy, collaborating closely with your stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate those needs into analytics projects.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine you should have:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Behavioural Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of in-depth experience with solutions involving data, business intelligence, and analytical technologies preferred (e.g. PowerBI, Python, Alteryx, R, ect.)
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
